THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a deeply analytical, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager at ActBlue to own our network-driven fundraising features—encompassing peer-to-peer and relational fundraising experiences. In this high-impact role, you’ll work cross-functionally to create seamless, data-informed tools that empower fundraisers on our platform to mobilize their communities and drive scalable, meaningful giving. Your contributions will directly influence ActBlue’s platform growth, efficiency, and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for ActBlue’s network-driven fundraising tools

  • Build and improve invite flows, referral mechanics, supporter activation, social proof, and network engagement tools

  • Optimize product experiences to deepen supporter participation and maximize fundraising success on ActBlue

  • Balance innovation and retention to drive sustained growth

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across product, design, engineering, marketing, outreach, legal, finance, and customer support to deliver end-to-end value

  • Define, measure, and manage success through experiments and metrics

  • Translate user needs and organizational goals into well-scoped, high-impact product solutions

  • Act as the connective tissue between product development and go-to-market execution

  • Champion product strategy across the organization to keep everyone aligned and energized

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Increased revenue and engagement from ActBlue’s network-driven fundraising tools
  • Higher donor participation in peer-to-peer and relational fundraising experiences
  • Greater adoption of ActBlue’s network-driven fundraising tools by campaigns, committees, nonprofits, and causes
  • Improved discoverability and usability of fundraising tools across the platform
  • Clear organizational alignment on what’s being built, why it matters, and when it’s launching

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on engagement, growth, or two-sided platforms
  • Proven track record of building end-user experiences that drive retention and revenue
  • Familiarity with community-led growth, creator or crowdfunding ecosystems, or supporter-to-fundraiser product dynamics
  • Ideally, deep understanding of relevant key unit economics including (average gift size, donor lifetime value, donor retention rate, etc.) or strong adjacent fluency in CAC, LTV, churn, and viral growth metrics from marketplaces or growth-stage platforms
  • A product mindset grounded in discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Passion for outcome-driven product development

This posting is for a full-time, remote, salaried position. Travel may be required on a limited basis to attend all-staff and departmental retreats (1-2 times per year). Additional travel may be required for select positions.

* While ActBlue is currently registered to support remote work in the states listed above, we possess the ability to register in additional states as needed. Work Schedule:

This role requires availability during established, regular business hours (Mon-Fri).

Work Environment:

Employees can expect to work with distributed teams across all U.S. time zones. Our roles require extended technology usage, and proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack. Regular attendance in virtual meetings is inherent to every position.

Salary Range Details:

Salary Range: $162,027 - $178,971 - $195,915

ActBlue is committed to consistent compensation practices across our organization. Final salary offers will take into account factors such as candidate experience, interview performance and current team salary parity.

The terms and conditions of this position are subject to a collective bargaining agreement with the Communication Workers of America, the exclusive bargaining agent of covered ActBlue employees.
