Founded in 2014, we are a software development company with 51-200 employees. We specialize in Nonprofit CRM, Reporting, Fundraising, and Nonprofit Marketing Automation. We offer a responsive fundraising platform that helps nonprofit teams improve donor retention and increase their impact. Our platform unifies fundraising, marketing, and donor development, automates administrative tasks, and provides insights for campaigns.

Our products and services include a nonprofit CRM, online giving tools, fundraising, volunteer management, and marketing tools. The platform features an enterprise-ready CRM, fundraising automation, and email and marketing capabilities. We use AI to predict donor behavior, drawing on wealth, demographic, digital engagement, and donor behavior data. We provide customizable donation forms and pages, and AI agents help gift officers draft emails, prioritize inboxes, and build engagement plans. The platform also has business intelligence tools for custom dashboards, data warehousing, and nonprofit reporting.

We provide hands-on migration and onboarding, training, certification, ongoing coaching, support, and professional services. The platform is built on Azure Microsoft Data and security processes, which allow for customizable objects and fields. It includes a Data Security and Trust Center with encryption, security, HIPAA compliance, and Single Sign-On (SSO). An App Marketplace and APIs are available for integrations.

Our 401(k) retirement plan includes a 50% company match up to 6% of compensation after 90 days of employment. We provide unlimited PTO, paid volunteer days, and company holidays. We contribute to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with plans for dependents and options for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Our parental leave provides 12 weeks of full pay for primary parents and 4 weeks of full pay for secondary parents; this also applies to adoption. We organize community and company outings and events.
