About the role:
As Senior Product Manager on evaluation and agentic platform, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of Owkin’s evaluation framework and agentic platform for K, our agentic co-pilot for biomedical research.
This role is central to shaping how we assess performance, interpretability, and scientific value, and it plays a critical role in enabling well-informed product and business decisions.
You’ll collaborate closely with ML researchers, scientific experts, and platform engineers to ensure we can confidently compare approaches, monitor degradation, understand model behavior, and prioritize where to invest next. Evaluation is core to the success and usability of our AI products.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in highly analytical environments, can dive deep into the science and modeling approaches, and brings independent, first-principles thinking.
In particular, you will:
- Design and maintain the evaluation framework, including datasets, metrics, and reporting tools, that supports product iteration and informs strategic prioritization across AI agents and tools.
- Guide the development of Owkin’s evaluation framework and agentic platform, across all use cases, agents, and modalities.
- Ensure a scalable agentic platform that supports fast product growth.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and scale evaluation systems across all agentic workflows, ensuring that model insights are surfaced consistently to drive user trust, scientific rigor, and fast product iteration.
- Translate evaluation insights into strategic input for product bets, roadmap prioritization, encouraging proof-of-concepts, and external communication.
- Scope and drive execution of internal evaluation and analytics tooling, such as dashboards, and CI pipelines.
About you
- 4+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership in AI or ML systems within biomedical or scientific domains, with strong understanding of biological data and research workflows
- Strong fluency in ML model performance metrics, experimental design, and scientific validation approaches
- Track record of working cross-functionally in research-heavy environments, able to communicate with both scientists and engineers at a high level
- Strategic mindset: able to link evaluation insights to business outcomes, roadmap decisions, and product quality
- Comfortable working through complex, technical problems autonomously and proactively leading the way forward
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills—you bring clarity to complex ideas
