About the role:
We’re building AI agents that help researchers solve real problems in biology and drug discovery. As Senior Product Manager – Applied AI, you’ll lead the definition and delivery of agents and tools for K, our agentic copilot—from early discovery to clinical insights.
You’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify high-impact use cases, frame the right product questions, and iterate on solutions. This role is critical to ensuring our AI agents and tools solve the right problems, in the right ways, for the right users.
You’ll need to be deeply user- and data-driven, with strong product strategy skills and the ability to balance scientific nuance with product clarity.
In particular, you will:
- Identify and validate high-impact opportunities by partnering closely with scientific users throughout the drug discovery lifecycle.
- Drive rapid prototyping and iterative development to ensure we’re solving the right problems with measurable user and business value.
- Translate user workflows and decision-making needs into clear product direction, grounded in a deep understanding of both scientific context and available AI capabilities.
- Own product strategy and roadmap prioritization on your assigned scope—balancing feasibility, technical constraints, and long-term platform leverage.
- Champion a discovery- and data-driven mindset across the team, shortening the loop from hypothesis to validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, and work closely with the science strategy group to align product decisions with scientific priorities and technical feasibility.
About you
- Background in biomedical science, bioinformatics, computational biology, or a closely related domain
- 4+ years of experience in product management or a similar role in AI, biotech, or life science products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams that include machine learning, biomedical science, and engineering expertise
- Strong analytical skills comfort working with usage metrics and data, and qualitative feedback to guide product direction
- Proven ability to lead product discovery, define MVPs, and iterate fast in research-heavy contexts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills; you bring clarity to complex ideas
