What You’ll Accomplish in the First Six Months

  • Gain full situational awareness of your assigned program(s), including financials, contracts, team composition, and stakeholder landscape
  • Begin to identify and act on areas of strategic risk, growth opportunity, and operational optimization
  • Establish yourself as a trusted leader internally and externally, driving forward program success while shaping the broader program management practice
