THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our team! As a Project Manager at Milk Moovement, you will help drive the successful delivery of strategic projects, helping to scale our platform and enhance operational excellence. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Milk Moovement’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with product, engineering, customer success, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
As a senior in the organization, you will be a trusted business partner, helping to define and improve project management practices and driving continuous improvement across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Lifecycle Management:
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle:
• Initiation/Sell – Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Planning – Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Execution/Build – Oversee stakeholder alignment, task management, and milestone tracking.
• Control/Manage – Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals.
• Closing – Conduct project closeout, capture lessons learned, and document outcomes.
• Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement:
• Apply project management best practices to optimize internal processes and reduce operational friction.
• Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in project execution.
• Drive alignment across teams to improve delivery speed and quality.
Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and customer success.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, communicate progress, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Resolve conflicts and escalate issues as needed to keep projects on track.
Strategic Business Impact:
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into actionable project plans.
• Monitor and report on project ROI and key performance metrics.
• Ensure projects deliver tangible business value, including increased customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Develop and maintain clear and organized project documentation, including project charters, risk assessments, and governance structures.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and project sponsors.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will likely have had 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience in a SaaS or technology company, but working in the dairy industry is not required! We will teach you all there is to know about the industry beginning with our dairy 101 course. It is definitely more complicated than you think and that is why we do what we do!
WHAT ELSE
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, including product development and customer lifecycle management.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear project plans and deliverables.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align teams.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management training is highly desirable.
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 CAD / year
