Join Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, as a Product Recruiter. You will build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier product management talent, source candidates, screen them, and act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. Requirements

  • 6+ years of product recruiting experience in high-growth startups
  • Previous evaluated candidates for a range of product and design roles, across multiple levels, including technical leadership
  • Developed a deep network of product professionals to navigate and recruit top talent with ease
  • Sourcer at heart, able to source for positions and nurture relationships with passive talent
  • Comfortable with ownership, managing multiple roles, and being accountable for work
  • Provide an incredible candidate experience, prioritizing a human experience during the hiring process
  • Extremely organized, able to balance multiple competing priorities
  • Data-focused, measuring pipeline health and setting hiring manager expectations
  • Champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier product management talent
  • Proactively source and engage with passive candidates
  • Screen candidates to increase the hiring team’s time and focus on interviewing the best candidates
  • Juggle a variety of roles at once, managing pipelines for and working on filling 5-10 (or more at times) open roles
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent recommendations to ensure alignment with the company’s growth goals
  • Iterate on candidate feedback to smooth rough edges in the recruiting process
  • Cultivate relationships with individuals and groups to help build personal relationships through introductions, references, or by facilitating participation with community groups
  • Emphasize diversity in hiring, looking for proven traditional and creative methods to bring new points of view to the team
