Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior SAP EAM Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and ETM (Equipment and Tools Management) implementation projects. The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable asset management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP EAM/ETM implementations (requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support).
Analyze business requirements and design scalable, effective SAP EAM/ETM solutions.
Configure and customize SAP EAM, PM (Plant Maintenance), and ETM modules to support asset lifecycle, preventive/corrective maintenance, scheduling, and tool tracking.
Provide guidance on industry best practices in asset management, plant maintenance, and tools logistics.
Conduct workshops, prepare detailed functional specifications, and deliver training sessions.
Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PM) and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, support upgrades, and ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with business teams, technical consultants, and leadership to drive adoption and improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of SAP EAM and ETM experience, including SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), EAM, and ETM modules.
Proven success in delivering end-to-end SAP implementation projects in global environments.
Deep understanding of asset lifecycle processes, preventive/corrective maintenance, and tool tracking.
Excellent workshop facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong integration knowledge with MM, FI, and external systems.
Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
