Job Summary

As a Senior Scout, Quality Control, your duties will include evaluating organizational needs and recommending suitable solutions to alleviate the recurrence of repetitive manual errors. The Senior Scout QC is primarily responsible for conducting quality control for the Criminal Research Organization.

Reports to:Director, Operations

Working Hours: 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. CST.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of overall business experience in comparable industry.
  • 6 months tenure within current Criminal Research position at ScoutLogic.
  • Intermediate/Expert level of understanding FCRA policies.
  • Mastery of basic ScoutLogic procedures and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent and detail oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly QC on all Criminal Scouts to ensure adherance to established SOPs.
  • Perform monthly quality analysis to identify root cause and solution based on findings.
  • Escalate performance issues to the Director, Operations for any required action.
  • Conduct independent review of process documentation to ensure adherence to process.
  • Partner with Training and Operations team to review and identify gaps in training.
  • Assists with both internal and external audits.
  • Assists training team with new-hire development.
  • Assists with general SOP updates, internal knowledge management tool updates and other process documentation as needed.
