WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design, code, and document software in C#, .NET and Typescript/Javascript
• Collaborate with other engineers, UI/UX designers, quality analysts and product managers from product development teams across the company
• Implement best patterns and practices of object-oriented design: avoid redundancy and promote efficiency, testability and supportability of code
• Contribute to code reviews and help foster a culture of innovation within the team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Expert-level knowledge in object-oriented programming
• 5+ years of experience with API development/management
• 3+ years of relational database design and support at scale
• Experience with Javascript frameworks (React)
• Experience scaling systems in a cloud environment (AWS)
• Basic understanding of financial technology applications
• The ability to dissolve complex requirements into manageable units of work
• Demonstrated aptitude to proactively manage project development and tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

WHAT WOULD ALSO BE AWESOME

• Experience with Amazon Aurora / RDS
• Experience integrating multiple platforms through APIs and asynchronous messaging
• Understanding of TDD and unit-testing strategies

$140,000 - $150,000 a year

In our dedication to salary transparency, we provide a compensation range for roles. The final offer will be dependent on various factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and the organization’s budget. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide more information about the compensation package for this position during the interview process.
