Join Shared QE and be part of a team that drives scalable quality, cross-functional collaboration, and platform-wide impact.

Track, analyze, and share quality metrics that inform smarter decisions
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and environment issues

5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a Master’s, or a PhD with relevant expertise—equivalent work experience is equally valued
Proficient in JavaScript scripting, and comfortable using tools such as Eclipse, Jenkins, Maven, and Git to support smooth development and deployment workflows
Strong understanding of a variety of testing techniques (unit, integration, automated, performance), and the ability to apply the right strategy to each situation
Skilled at using a wide range of tools including IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, profilers, ServiceNow instances, and Unix/system tools to support day-to-day testing and development tasks
Experience leading cross-functional technical discussions with a clear understanding of SDLC principles and how to apply them effectively in fast-paced environments
