Founded in 2015 by Jamie Anderson and Mark Bajema as a spinoff from Emergent Networks, our team has 20 years of technical expertise. We build custom software, craft websites, optimize SQL databases, and facilitate transitions to the Azure cloud. We serve clients across various industries in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, and throughout the US, aiming to be a long-term technology partner. Our project experience includes designing and scaling credit card processing platforms (using C#, .NET, Azure, PCI DSS), data mapping and migration for healthcare clients (using Azure Data Factory and SQL), and building Python-based platforms in FinTech.

We are a fully remote company with 51-200 employees, providing flexibility in work location and scheduling. We focus on results rather than traditional 8-to-5 hours. While primarily remote, some roles may require hybrid onsite work arrangements in Minneapolis or travel for specific client engagements. We maintain sales and mailing offices in Minneapolis.

Benefits & Perks
We provide a benefits package that includes medical insurance, with contributions up to 84% of the monthly premium (HSA options available, with contributions up to $200/month). Dental and vision insurance premiums are covered up to 50%. We offer a 401(k) plan with a match up to 4% of salary and a profit-sharing bonus up to 15% of salary, paid quarterly.
Employees receive extra compensation for work exceeding 40 hours per week, along with employee referral and customer referral bonuses. We offer a Flex Spending Account (FSA) for dependent care and healthcare costs, including a dependent care FSA contribution of $90/month. Disability coverage includes short-term disability at $500/week for 12 weeks and long-term disability up to $6,000/month. We also provide group term life and AD&D insurance of $50,000.
Paid time off includes PTO, standard holidays, and 2 floating holidays. Paid parental leave is available for up to 6 weeks for birthing parents and 2 weeks for non-birthing parents. We support professional growth through a staff development program, sponsoring up to 100 hours per year for self-directed skills development, in addition to covering training costs.
