Summary of the Role:
The Senior Travel Consultant, Corporate Travel, delivers precision, passion, and performance in this vital role, providing the elevated experiences our clients have come to expect. You will be at the forefront of client relationships, entrusted with crafting seamless, high-touch itineraries and managing changes, modifications, and cancellations as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle the most complex and high-profile travel requests with confidence, precision, and creativity.
- Design expert-level itineraries that align with each client’s preferences, priorities, and business objectives.
- Deliver a white-glove experience that reinforces our brand promise: excellence in every interaction.
- Attentive to understanding the full scope of client needs — proactively identifying the best itinerary for their unique and specific requirements.
- Accurately and efficiently resolves client issues and needs.
- Manage and book travel requirements for domestic and international itineraries, understanding the requirements for country-specific entry requirements, including but not limited to visa, passport, inoculations, and pre-trip document production as appropriate.
- Provide consultative travel guidance that empowers clients to make confident, informed decisions.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Represent the company’s culture of service, accountability, and reliability in every touchpoint with the client.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with travelers and airline, hotel, and car supplier personnel
- Excellent communication skills and phone presence, with professional writing and grammatical accuracy
- Technically proficient with common business tools, including internet browsers, live chat, and email
- Deep working knowledge of one or more Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Solid geographical expertise to support the most complex international travel itineraries
- High emotional intelligence—demonstrating empathy and care in stressful situations, calmly managing emotional conversations and deescalating when needed
Education and Experience:
High School diploma minimum, Associate Degree preferred
7+ years of experience in travel agent sales, service, and support, with a strong emphasis on corporate travel
Proven experience with complex domestic and international itineraries
Demonstrated success working with VIP and executive-level clients, Executive Services Desk preferred
Experience with online booking tools (Concur) and corporate travel policy compliance
Familiarity with duty of care tools, profile management platforms, and after-hours/emergency procedures
