Requirements
- Understanding of digital product design principles, including mobile standards, systems design, and agile development methodologies
- Good English skills (B2 or above preferably - you’ll be working with clients in the US)
Responsibilities
- 5+ years professional experience designing responsive websites and/or apps
- Proficiency creating user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
- Proficiency designing the UI, information architecture, and interaction flow of app based digital products
- Owns the planning of simple and complex research activities
- Leads teams in charge of executing research tasks and is capable to analyze the outcomes generated by the research
- Experience determining the end-to-end user experience map, building empathy and understanding with the users in order to improve their journey through the site and make thoughtful and useful design decisions
- Designs and implement overall product strategy, including look and feel, creative approach, and KPIs performance.
- Informs and shares design process insights with the stakeholders and team partners.
- Supports and provides direction to other team members in terms of processes execution and deliverables production.
- Provides insight from their own experience on how to approach assigned tasks in an effective and efficient manner
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in a client-facing lead role at an agency
- Experience working with projects in the fintech / financial products
