Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience designing responsive websites and/or apps
- Proficiency creating user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
- Good English skills (B2 or above preferably)
Responsibilities
- Owns the planning of simple and complex research activities
- Leads teams in charge of executing research tasks
- Analyzes the outcomes generated by the research
- Designs and implement overall product strategy
- Informs and shares design process insights with stakeholders and team partners
- Supports and provides direction to other team members in terms of processes execution and deliverables production
