Your role at Hostinger
Senior YouTube video editor in the YouTube marketing team. As part of Hostinger’s YouTube team, you’ll be responsible for editing our YouTube videos and taking our content to the next level. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with video content creators, content strategists & scriptwriters. You’ll get to unleash your creative ideas and grow our YouTube channel with engaging content!

Your day-to-day
- Edit YouTube videos (long form and short form) for our YouTube channel and upload them to YouTube for publishing, ensuring the highest quality, great engagement, and brand consistency.
- Communicate and collaborate with the team to ensure the best editing strategies for our content.
- Join regular meetings & workshops with video content creators and other editors in the team to participate in ideation, problem-solving, and new video content production strategies.
- Utilize various tools to ensure the highest quality of video content, including using AI to help with creative idea implementation.
- Participate in internal video QA (quality assurance) process by closely reviewing videos edited by other team members and suggesting improvements to build engagement and maintain visual identity.
- Analyze video engagement metrics to draw conclusions and improvements for future content, iterate and innovate your work based on data.
Your skills and experience
- Proven expertise in video editing, skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or similar.
- Good visual storytelling skills.
- Capable to create animations & do sound design for YouTube videos.
- Excellent communication skills, experience with remote teams, and collaboration.
- Great time management skills, adherence to deadlines.
- Experience with YouTube content.
- Industry knowledge, on top of content trends and editing strategies to build engagement.

Compensation
- Gross salary starting from 2600 EUR/month (depends on your experience).
