We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven, and creative Sr Growth Marketing Manager, Acquisition to build, manage, and optimize multi-million dollar performance campaigns across key media platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as emerging platforms. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of driving cost-efficient customer growth at scale by growing and optimizing our customer acquisition program. You will be the owner of the metrics for the defined product funnels and platforms, ensuring their success.

In addition, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights derived from creative tests, conversion rate optimization (CRO) on product pages and landing pages, and media buying tests. You will approach these tasks with an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement, consistently seeking opportunities for growth and enhancement.

With your vision, discipline, and comprehensive skillset, you will be capable of successfully delivering effective strategies and tactics. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and recognize that achieving our targets necessitates transparent and aligned teamwork with the creative, research, business intelligence (BI), and growth teams, particularly in terms of data execution. You fully grasp that the Acquisition team is at the core of our organization’s success, and you provide leadership to team members across various disciplines, including creative, data science, BI, and research, driving us towards our goals.

Requirements

Role Challenge:

  • Strategy: Develop and execute the International Expansion Growth strategy by aligning direct response creative strategies with business objectives and KPIs. This includes creating data-driven campaigns across video-first platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, leveraging UGC, static assets, and high-performance ad creatives.
  • Team: Build and manage a high-performing growth team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve both team goals and individual development. Lead by example by mastering creative processes for ad testing, storytelling, and funnel optimization, while collaborating hands-on with Acquisition Managers, Creative Strategists, Editors, and Copywriters.
  • Excellent Execution: Deliver disciplined, fast, and detail-oriented execution where every day counts. Work with project managers to keep projects on track and maintain ambitious goals, executing at the highest level across direct response creative outputs and product integration for on-site experiences.
  • Consumer Insights and Research: Become an expert in understanding International Expansion benchmarks, user personas, and customer pain points. Develop impactful messaging strategies that connect market needs with creative solutions, guiding storytelling approaches in digital ads.
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead media investments of over $1,000,000 per month across platforms by understanding key acquisition pillars such as offer, funnel, and ad creatives. Execute direct response strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
  • High-Impact Prioritization: Manage a robust testing roadmap, continuously optimizing creative formats and CRO elements through on-site experimentation to enhance conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs. Work closely with product teams to test and deploy impactful user experiences tailored for diverse markets.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years experience working in marketing or growth preferably in a direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Dynamic, highly ambitious individual, competitive with no-ego attached.
  • Eager to learn through books, podcasts, etc. And learn by doing. Here we donโ€™t talk about titles, universities or masters. We get our master on the field.
  • Hands-on, that love to get into details, understanding that excellent results requires excellent execution.
  • Proven understanding of acquisition and paid media metrics. In-depth understanding knowing what makes the difference in successful campaigns. Experience in performance campaigns to drive efficiencies, not vanity metrics.
  • Experience in managing and leading a high-performing growth team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Great organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to comprehend complex, technical challenges
