Title: Senior Campaign Manager Direct Manager Title: Senior Digital Program Director Direct Reports: 1-2 Digital Specialists

Location: We are prioritizing applicants local to Nashville, TN or Chicago, IL

The Role The Senior Campaign Manager ensures successful digital campaign strategy, development, execution, and management. This role manages 1-2 Digital Specialists and over sees campaign buildout, maintenance, optimization and delivers monthly reports to clients. The role requires junior employee mentorship, adherence to benchmarks and maintaining of technical skills. It also requires the ability to plan digital campaign strategy for new and existing service lines for active clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Management
    • Work closely with Digital Specialists to build out and implement campaigns
    • Manage day-to-day campaign operations and provide real-time information and status updates to Client Lead and larger team
    • Collaborate with the Implementation team on call tracking, conversion pixel installation and troubleshooting
    • Launch campaigns on time with accuracy
    • Monitor campaign performance and proactively address any issues impacting performance
    • Management responsibility for direct reports, including weekly 1:1s
    • Cover for colleagues during absences or whenever necessary
  • Reporting
    • Deliver accurate and timely performance reports to be shared with clients
    • Attend monthly reporting calls, collaborating with the Client Lead, Strategy team and Pod Director as necessary on providing insights and recommendations for improved performance
    • Review data trends, adjust reports as needed and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Growth & Development
    • Maintain certifications and stay up to date on industry changes
    • Meet or exceed documented performance goals
    • Continuously learn and develop technical skills to stay updated on platform changes and iterations
    • Cross-train in varied paid media offerings - SEM, Social & Programmatic
    • Be willing to tackle initiatives that fall outside of your day-to-day duties, as necessary, for client success

Ideal Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience including SEM, display, YouTube, and social media marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta platforms
    • Google Ads experience in SEM, Mobile, Video and Display
    • Experience with Google Ads Editor and Facebook Power Editor
  • Ability to work independently and remotely once given direction
  • Strong analytical and logical skills

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation
  • SEO Experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • Familiarity with Google and Microsoft suite of products
