Position Description:
Motus is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to support our Everlance B2C product line. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving organic growth by optimizing our digital presence across all platforms. Your work will directly to impact our visibility, user acquisition, and overall business growth. Position Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost conversions across various business functions.
- Explore the latest search experiences driven by artificial intelligence (e.g., Google SGE, Gemini, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT) and devise tactics to modify our SEO for AI-generated results on different platforms.
- Tailor SEO strategies to meet the outstanding needs of both B2C and B2B audiences, driving growth across segments.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Use data insights to continually refine and improve SEO strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and development, to ensure SEO standard methodologies are coordinated into all aspects of the business.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO tools and techniques. Share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure that SEO efforts contribute to a positive user experience, aligning with Motus’s mission to improve the working lives of our users.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in SEO, with a consistent track record of driving organic growth for SaaS or tech companies.
- Expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword research.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and a basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach and a focus on data-driven solutions.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to run multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the freelance economy, expense tracking, or related fields is a plus.
Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
