We are seeking a claims professional with SIU experience handling insurance property claims.
You’ll utilize cutting-edge tools for fraud detection and investigation, while working with our Data Science team on creating processes and fraud deterrence tools.
What you’ll do
Assist Claims Advocates in insurance Property investigations as it pertains to suspicious indicators
Serve as a liaison between NICB & local and federal law enforcement agencies
Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with Lemonade Integral Staff
Assist in the reporting, analysis, and investigation of policies suspected of fraud related to claims and underwriting
Attend and provide essential fraud awareness training
Prepare and submit initial and follow-up reports detailing all findings and actions taken on suspicious claims
What you’ll need
2+ years of investigative claims experience in Property claims in the insurance industry, with excellent customer focus (and experience working with SIU)
Working knowledge of investigative techniques for Property Claims, i.e., Theft, Fire, Water and Weather losses
Ability to analyze data, plan case strategy, prepare case reports, and partner with Claims team members to prove or rule out suspect factors on property losses
Tech savvy and comfortable with advanced investigative tools (ISO, Accurint, TLO, etc.)
Able to create and implement investigative processes

Lemonade’s US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - 60,000 plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
