We’re looking for a talented and curious Insurance Analyst who is eager to join us in creating the most loved Home insurance on the planet.
As part of the Insurance Product team you’ll collaborate with our Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting experts to ensure we profitably grow Lemonade’s Property line, crafting an experience that makes insurance fast, simple, and delightful. You will help drive forward our product roadmap, while monitoring and measuring the progress of key initiatives.
In this role you’ll
Build and maintain core business reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators
Conduct analyses that support product feature development or state-level strategies
Monitor the impact of product changes and state launches
Support testing for new features and enhancements to existing products
Partner with Insurance Product, Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting experts to develop policy coverage, pricing levels, competitor research, and eligibility criteria
What you’ll need
1+ years of P&C experience, preferably personal lines
Proficient at working with and completing analysis on large data sets
B.A. in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, or related field
Analytical, with a knack for identifying trends, communicating results, and taking action
Strong collaborative spirit and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical skills in Excel and SQL, including building reports and dashboards
Experience with Looker, preferred

Lemonade’s US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$72,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
