We’re hiring an Intern at Pearl—which places top 1% talent from around the world into operational roles at startups. We’ve bootstrapped our company to a couple of million in revenue and are adding ~$400K in annualized revenue each month to our topline. Our clients are fast-growing startups that have raised over $3B in funding from Sequioa, a16z, Founders Fund, Y Combinator, and other top VC firms.

This is a completely WFH opportunity where you’ll come in and help the recruitment team reach new heights. We’ll need someone who can overlap working ET hours.
The Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Management Intern to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the way we communicate internally and externally by crafting content that informs, engages, and reflects who we are as a company.
As a Social Media Management Intern, they’ll play a key role in growing our presence by creating strategies that resonate with our ICP, staying on top of trends, tracking performance metrics, and supporting the growth marketing team in driving engagement, managing posting schedules, and ensuring messaging remains consistent with the company and founders’ brand and voice.
What You’ll Do:
✨ Branding and Marketing campaings
- Prior experience handling LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms for a company and/or personal professional brand
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to tailor tone based on audience and platform
- Familiarity with tools for social scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance reporting
- Basic understanding of key social media metrics (engagement, impressions, CTR, etc.) and algorithms
- Bonus: Awareness of emerging trends and culture in the US startup space
What We’re Looking For:
