Job description

A growing 7-figure e-commerce brand is looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee and execute its organic social media strategy. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who can manage content creation, engagement, and influencer collaborations while driving traffic and brand awareness. A passion for puzzles is highly desirable, as it aligns with the brand’s core audience.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management – Schedule and post content on Meta, TikTok, and Reddit to drive engagement and visibility.

  • Content Editing – Edit social media graphics using Canva/Adobe (video editing a plus, but not required).

  • Creative Strategy – Develop and implement ideas to increase organic traffic and brand engagement.

  • Community Engagement – Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster a strong community.

  • Influencer Marketing – Manage influencer partnerships, coordinating 20-30 product send-outs per month.

  • Performance Tracking – Analyze content performance and metrics to optimize strategies.

  • Collaboration – Work with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

  • Internal Communication – Coordinate with the team via Telegram for smooth collaboration.

  • Increased Organic Traffic – Growing brand awareness and engagement through effective organic content strategies.

  • Consistent Brand Presence – Posting high-quality content regularly and ensuring all messaging aligns with the brand’s voice.

  • Strong Influencer Relationships – Successfully managing and scaling influencer collaborations to expand brand reach.

  • Community Engagement – Maintaining an active and responsive social media presence across all platforms.

  • Data-Driven Strategy – Continuously improving content performance based on audience insights and analytics.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in social media management, community building, or influencer marketing.

  • Proven experience managing content on Meta and TikTok (Reddit a plus).

  • Proficient in Canva/Adobe or similar tools; video editing skills a plus.

  • Strong ability to develop and execute content ideas aligned with brand goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal English, with a knack for audience engagement.

  • Experience working with influencers and executing product collaborations.

  • Skilled in tracking and optimizing content performance.
