Founded in 2007, we make electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. We offer hardware, cloud services, and support.\n\nOur products include EV charging stations (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment or EVSE), such as the ChargePoint Home Flex for homes, and a software platform for managing charging. Our platform works with ChargePoint stations, partner-provided ChargePoint Ready stations, and other OCPP-compliant hardware.\n\nWe operate an EV charging network across the US, Europe, and Australia. Our driver services include the ChargePoint Network, ChargePoint OnRamp Program, and ChargePoint APIs. Drivers can use our app or in-dash systems like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to find, start, and pay for charging. Our solutions work with most EV makes and models, serving organizations, fleets, workplaces, and individual drivers.\n\nSomeone plugs into our network every second or less. We have powered 19 billion electric miles, delivered 396 million charges, avoided 713 million gallons of gas, and mitigated 4.5 million metric tons of GHG emissions. Over 5,000 brands, including 64% of Fortune 500 companies and 82% of Fortune 50 companies, use our solutions. We hold a growing patent portfolio and have received awards for our technology and environmental achievements, including being the first EV charging provider to be ENERGY STAR® certified.
