A great opportunity for a Social Media Specialist to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.
You will:
- Manage social media communication, ensuring timely responses and compliance with support standards.
- Monitor conversations for issues or bugs and escalate as needed.
- Create and post engaging content using blog and banner highlights.
- Track engagement and report on social media performance.
You are:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role
Excellent written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and intermediate proficiency in English.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle social media inquiries politely and diligently, redirecting customers to the appropriate support channels when needed.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
