We provide property inspection and testing services for homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals in 45 states. Founded in 1993, we operate with over 290 local inspectors and have served more than 2 million clients. Our services help improve health, safety, and quality of life, and can save clients money on repair bills through preventive maintenance. We offer over 35 services, including Full Home Inspections (assessing over 300 items), Home Maintenance Checks, Pre-Listing Inspections, Pre-Drywall Inspections, Home Buyer and Seller Consultations, One-Year Warranty Inspections, Post-Close Inspections, Water Quality Tests, Radon-in-Water Tests, Septic Inspections, Well Flow Tests, Radon Testing, Mold Testing, and WDO/WDI (Pest) Inspections. Reports are typically provided within 24 hours.

We integrate technology into our services, using cloud infrastructure, data science, AI, and machine learning. Our tools include infrared scanners, 3D and 2D imaging, scope cameras, robotics, and drones. These help us inspect hard-to-access areas like attics, roofs, chimneys, sewer drain lines, interior walls, vents, and crawlspaces. We provide clear, visual inspection reports, an appliance recall report we developed, and the WIN360 program which uses drones to help home sellers showcase properties.
