Summary
The job is for a Software Engineer focused on developing and maintaining the rollup stack offerings at Conduit, a company building a rollup-native cloud platform to scale Ethereum. Requirements
- Strong background in distributed systems, cryptography, and network protocols
- Experience hacking on the various rollups, understanding the underlying components, and having opinions about the various trade-offs of those components and platforms
- Experience with hacking on EVM node software
- Deep understanding of the EVM and how external tooling integrates with it
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Golang, Rust, and Solidity
Responsibilities
- Develop custom precompiles and whitelisted contract deployers that create entirely new or more efficient functionality
- Help expand support for emerging L2s
