It is a very exciting time of growth for our Customer Excellence team, and we are currently hiring a Microsoft Dynamics CE Solutions Architect-Healthcare.
This role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CE Solutions Architect with deep experience in healthcare environments to provide solution architecture for our Dynamics CE clients. This is a remote role based in the United States or Canada, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects that improve patient care, streamline operations, and support compliance in healthcare organizations.
What Will You Do?
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of complex Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring they meet both functional and technical requirements. You’ll work closely with healthcare clients to understand their unique needs, regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HL7, etc.), and operational workflows.
You’ll serve as a subject matter expert across multiple projects, guiding consultants, supporting pre-sales efforts, and ensuring quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Architecture
- Lead full lifecycle Dynamics CE projects: pre-sales, solution engineering, estimation, design, build, and deployment.
- Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable, compliant Dynamics CE solutions.
- Create gap analyses and recommend customizations, enhancements, or workarounds.
- Ensure solution designs align with healthcare data privacy and security standards.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Review and validate Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and solution designs.
- Ensure documentation meets standards for enhancements and integrations.
- Provide QA oversight during build and deployment phases.
Client Engagement & Strategy
- Support sales discovery and help estimate work plans for healthcare clients.
- Research and qualify ISV solutions relevant to healthcare (e.g., patient engagement, care coordination).
Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
- Mentor consultants and senior consultants on Dynamics CE best practices.
- Represent key areas of the Center of Excellence (COE) and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodology and solution quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing Dynamics CE solutions for healthcare organizations.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as patient intake, provider management, and care coordination.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
- Experience integrating Dynamics CE with EHR/EMR systems or healthcare data platforms.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Experience leading multiple enterprise-level implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies is a plus.
- Experience working in the Microsoft partner network
- Ability to travel for required meetings
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
