We were founded in 2021 to develop platform technologies for quickly and reliably delivering software to secure mission systems. We support open architecture to give users more choices, allow for growth, and integrate new products and services without vendor lock. We help modern software run on military systems in various environments, from cloud to edge, satellites to submarines.

We offer the Unicorn Delivery Service (UDS), a software workflow platform for military applications. UDS handles compliance, vulnerability scanning, and approvals. It’s portable, open, and secure for software delivery in different mission contexts. With UDS, we build software with security and compliance from the start, package it for various environments, deploy it quickly, and manage it with real-time visibility. We also developed Zarf, an air-gap-native delivery tool donated to the OpenSSF. Zarf is used in aviation, maritime, space systems, and security screening. We work with DoD agencies, system integrators, and mission teams that need secure software delivery in air-gapped, classified, or highly secure environments. Our goal is to simplify accreditation, automate security compliance, and shorten Authority to Operate (ATO) timelines.

Our mission is to use software as a strategic tool to protect freedom worldwide. We aim to create airgap software delivery solutions for missions, making military software open source and easily accessible.

We have 51-200 employees, including software engineers and veterans with experience in Department of Defense and federal technology programs. Our founders are former service members.

We are a remote-first company, so our employees can work from anywhere in the United States. We provide a home office setup, and any roles requiring onsite work are clearly marked. We believe in a family-first approach, offering paid parental leave. We also participate in the DoD SkillBridge program, giving service members civilian work experience during their last 180 days of service.
