Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience on large-scale construction and redevelopment projects
- Knowledge of how the Technology Design and Deployment lifecycle aligns and integrates with the Architectural and Engineering Construction lifecycles
- Professional demeanor with strong project management, problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of the PMBOK; PMP Certification is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage Engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure specifically building renovations, re-stacks, relocations, cabling, network, and network systems
- Manage Engineering design, deployment and integration of multiple technologies such as Audio/Visual systems, Content Management Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems
