Position Summary

Ready to lead? Join our growing Professional Services team as a Project Manager II, where you’ll orchestrate delivery of modern cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.

In this client-facing role, you’ll blend traditional project management expertise with Agile/Scrum practices to deliver solutions on time and within budget. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, PMO, you’ll collaborate with dynamic cross-functional teams to manage resources, track progress, and tackle challenges head-on—all while ensuring every project aligns with organizational goals and drives real value for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals, scope, and timelines

• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies tailored to client needs and project complexity

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement) ensuring productive, time-boxed sessions

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary contact between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, maintaining alignment, trust, and transparency

• Communicate proactively on project updates, risks, milestones, and issue resolution

• Partner with sales and solution architects on project scoping, SOW alignment, and change management

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Lead cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, AI/ML specialists, data consultants, and SMEs

• Coach teams in self-organization, cross-functionality, and Agile engineering practices

• Remove impediments and blockers while fostering collaborative, high-performing team culture

Risk & Quality Management

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges; develop mitigation strategies

• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and contractual commitments

• Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in Professional Services or consulting

• Proven success managing technical projects in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, VM environments and Data Analytics

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Project Management methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at Director/VP/C-level

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Agile tracking systems

• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMP (PMI) certification

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $108,000-$137,000

Travel Requirements

The travel requirements for this position may vary depending on our needs. You should be prepared to travel domestically as necessary. Travel frequency and duration will be communicated in advance, allowing for proper planning and coordination. Typically, travel may include attending conferences, client meetings, training sessions, and other business-related events. The ability to travel is essential for fulfilling the responsibilities of this role and supporting our organization’s goals and objectives.
