Requirements
- 12-15+ years of full-stack development experience, with a focus on backend and cloud-based solutions
- Expertise in Python and experience with Node.js for AWS Lambda functions
- Strong proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, Amplify, Cognito, Step Functions, CDK)
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools like AirFlow and dbt
- Knowledge of database technologies (Postgres, DynamoDB) and familiarity with Snowflake
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven problem-solving skills and independence in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Refine our analytics engine to extract more nuanced insights from patient records, leveraging proprietary tools and advanced statistical methods
- Streamline recurring calculations, enhancing data transmission and storage methods to facilitate in-depth analysis at each stage of our analytics pipeline
- Improve our architecture to be more maintainable, testable and cost-effective
- Develop and integrate a regression testing framework into our analytics stack, ensuring robustness and reliability
