Job Description
Do you want to work as an Internship for Supplier Intelligence team? These should spark your interest:
- Assist the risk supply management team in a day-to-day risk assessment of geohazard and geopolitical disruptions;
- Evaluation and regular reporting on progress in cooperation with the respective purchasing department;
- Determine all Continental supplier locations within the affected region;
- Support Material Shortage Management (MSM) and Potential Customer Impact (PCI) process;
- Provide regular management reporting`s for the status of all affected suppliers;
- Initiate Sustainability and Risk related supplier surveys in SupplyOn and perform the analysis of the surveys.
A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Qualifications
You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:
- Ongoing University studies in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification, or any – with strong interest in discovering the Purchasing domain;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite;
- English - medium/advanced level;
- Ability to work in international teams and remote project teams incl. communication and conflict management;
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
