In this role, you’ll report to the Manager of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with our go-to-market team to support and optimize our sales processes. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about streamlining operations, uncovering insights through data, and driving sales performance. What you’ll be doing:

• Review and assess sales calls using our call intelligence platform (Gong)
• Record detailed observations and assess calls based on compliance with established sales processes
• Develop expertise in Gong and Salesforce to identify performance patterns and trends across the sales team
• Contribute to the reporting and visualization of call data to support strategic decision-making
• Provide weekly insights and summaries to Sales Leadership, highlighting trends, key strengths, and areas for improvement

And a little bit of…

• Conduct ad hoc analysis of call data in Gong and Salesforce to address evolving business needs
• Provide occasional administrative support to the leadership team as required

What you need to bring:

We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets at a beginner to intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs)
• Familiar with basic data analysis and report generation
• Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools (e.g., Gong, Salesforce, or other CRMs)
• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Prior sales experience is a bonus, but not needed

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila’s heavy traffic!
