About you:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our digital supply chain and distribution team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the inner workings of the music industry, including both digital distribution and publishing systems, along with a strong proficiency in technical systems, workflows, and data models. A minimum of intermediate proficiency in SQL is required, as well as experience with publishing administration systems and technical requirements for digital content delivery. The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of working independently, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all technical distribution operations across platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams.

  • Manage the intake, update, and delivery of digital content and metadata, working with rights-holder partners to ensure timely delivery.

  • Oversee customer catalog ingestion, metadata management, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues related to the delivery of releases to digital service providers (DSPs).

  • Continuously improve catalog management processes and reporting, collaborating with internal teams to identify and address inefficiencies.

  • Provide clear and timely responses to customer and product-related inquiries.

  • Conduct client training on product usage, document client needs, and incorporate feedback into ongoing product development.

  • Define specifications for new features, bug fixes, and enhancements, including for video functionality, DDEX feeds, and advanced data models.

  • Collaborate with the product team to prepare feature specifications that improve distribution tools, both for client-facing functions and internal automation.

  • Develop specifications for system enhancements to improve delivery and supply chain performance, including optimizing metrics related to digital service provider performance.

  • Provide technical documentation for new partnership integrations and assist the sales team with distribution-related inquiries.

  • Communicate new feature releases and updates to clients and the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in technical product management.

  • At least five years of experience in the music industry, specifically in digital distribution and publishing administration across major markets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Expertise in delivery formats: audio, video.

  • Solid understanding of publishing administration systems and related technical requirements for music rights management.

  • Deep understanding of DDEX standards and digital delivery protocols.

  • Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of digital technologies and distribution systems.

  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems, complex data models, workflows, and industry-standard tools, including Microsoft Excel, FTP servers, AWS/S3, and XML formats.

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience managing large datasets and implementing data segmentation strategies.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team, with experience leading or managing small teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet management, particularly with large data sets.

  • Familiarity with regular expressions (regex) for data processing and search functions.
