Responsibilities
- Assist customers with incoming requests via phone or email
- Act as a technical resource for customers using our products and services
- Help customers and teammates via tickets and real-time discussions using a variety of research, debugging, tools, processes, detailed reporting, and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of social media as used for business marketing (specifically LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Understanding of and familiarity with digital marketing concepts, tactics, and tools
