Requirements
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Passion for HR: Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software
- Social Media Skills: Experience in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
Responsibilities
- Assist in the Recruitment Process: Support the HR team in various stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels
- Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Update and manage candidate information in the ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Conduct Market Research: Perform research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to help improve our recruitment strategies
