As Valispace embarks on a new journey integrating into Altium 365 platform we are looking to grow a team able to craft the best experience for our users, delivering essential features to ensure they have the insights needed to drive their decisions, and the tools to act upon them.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
In our innovative organization, we are passionate about reshaping how engineering teams work together and create through state-of-the-art cloud technologies. We are building a dynamic team tasked with advancing essential components of our platform to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
As the Team Lead, you will guide this critical team, taking ownership of key areas such as:
- Integration with external systems and tools, ensuring seamless connectivity across platforms
- Release and deployment management, streamlining processes for efficiency and reliability
- Service-oriented frameworks, building robust and scalable solutions
- System architecture and design, shaping the backbone of our technology
- Containerization and orchestration, optimizing performance and deployment
- On-premises and cloud-based solutions, supporting diverse operational needs
- Special projects and initiatives, driving forward-thinking innovation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive our enabling team with technical expertise and strong leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Python (Django, Flask) and TypeScript (Angular).
- Proficiency with AWS and Docker Compose; familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
- Experience using Sentry, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar for monitoring.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team while delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication to align stakeholders and articulate technical concepts.
- Proactive problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
Experience:
- 2+ years of team and project leadership
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience working in international teams
- Bonus: Enterprise customer experience.
