Summary
The company is hiring for a temporary recruiting support position that will last 3-4 weeks starting in June 2024. The employee will work remotely and collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and assigned Recruiter to understand role requirements, create sourcing strategies, manage the ATS, and attend weekly team meetings. The candidate must have a minimum of 20 hours per week availability, 2+ years of experience in sourcing for tech roles, advanced boolean search skills, proficient communication skills, C1 English skills, creative writing skills, team player spirit, familiarity with various ATS, Slack, and Google Suite, and a working computer and stable internet connection. The position is available only to LATAM residents.
Requirements
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing for tech roles
- Advanced boolean search mastery
- Proficient communication skills
- C1 English skills
- Creative writing skills
- Team player, collaborative, unafraid to speak up spirit
- Familiarity with various ATS (Ashby expertise is a plus)

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Recruiting Manager and assigned Recruiter for every opening you collaborate with to understand the role, project, and client requirements thoroughly
- Come up with a sourcing strategy and implement it
- Manage the ATS, feed the pipeline, schedule the initial interview with the corresponding Recruiter, and have visibility on how each candidate's application moves forward
- Attend team meetings to share your status and receive feedback (30 minutes, once a week)
