This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, excels at unblocking complex technical challenges, and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time.

  • Facilitate all communication with external stakeholders, establishing clear milestones and deliverables
  • Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation for internal and external use
  • Participate in early-stage scoping conversations for new integration opportunities
  • Identify and proactively remove blockers that could impact delivery timelines
  • Work with external stakeholders across the global including US, EMEA and APAC

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on schedule
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization concepts
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
  • Solid communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Expertise in breaking down large projects into milestones, managing deliverables, and tracking dependencies
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, making resource allocation decisions and informed trade-offs
  • Experience with product management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana
  • Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the hospitality technology sector or with PMS/hotel systems
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Experience managing vendor relationships or B2B partnerships
  • Experience with OKR planning and execution
