IKH is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.
We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager (Mid-level) with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects.
Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and coordinate end-to-end EC/National funded project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through to deployment and support.
Business Development: Preparation of inputs for new funding opportunities/ proposals & represent the company in networking events like info days, and matchmaking events.
Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and refresh relevant information stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare the project documentation, which includes reports, presentations, and updates on the project status.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
Risk Management: Monitor project risks to implement mitigation strategies.
Resource Allocation: Conduct project resource planning and allocation to maximize the efficiency of team members
Technical Support: Provide technical support by leveraging Robotics, AI, and Data Science knowledge.
Quality Assurance: Be responsible for the quality assurance process by making sure project deliverables meet the specified requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in EC/National funded projects
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities are essential, particularly when balancing diverse stakeholder needs and project specifications.
Proficiency in preparing project documentation and communicating with stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek, with the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and to navigate stakeholder communications at all levels.
Nice to have
Exposure to projects involving AI and/or robotics.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2) is a plus.
