About OpenZeppelin

Founded in 2015, we provide solutions for securing blockchain applications and smart contract systems. We offer open-source Contract Libraries, which are an industry standard for smart contract development in languages like Solidity and Cairo. These libraries support many uses, including Tokens, Asset Tokenization, DeFi, Governance, Stablecoins, Gaming, NFTs, and Bridges.

Our Defender developer security platform integrates professional expertise throughout clients’ development lifecycles. It helps teams plan, code, audit, deploy, and operate projects more safely and quickly. We also provide Gold Standard Audits, covering Smart Contract, Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP), and Infrastructure security. We have uncovered over 700 critical and high vulnerabilities and secured $50 billion in Total Value Locked (TVL) across more than 1 million lines of code reviewed.

For operations, we offer the Relayer and Monitor tools. The Relayer uses a transaction API, secure key storage, and transaction management, along with transaction policies and reliability mechanisms. The Monitor uses pre-built templates for risk and behavior insights, detecting, alerting, and automatically resolving threats and anomalies. Our Relayer has processed over 40 million transactions, and the Monitor has triggered over 45 million alerts. We support over 30 mainnet and testnet networks, and the total value transferred via our Contracts is over $25 trillion.

We have secured over a thousand crypto protocols and organizations, including Coinbase, Ethereum Foundation, Compound, Aave, Uniswap, Matter Labs, ANZ Bank, Lens Protocol, and Polkadot. We have also helped save $15 billion in funds at risk by preventing losses from five zero-day vulnerabilities.
