The Role
We are currently looking for a full-time Seasonal Telehealth Physician, who will provide clinical evaluation, assessment, and treatment of patients (students) who use the TimelyCare platform.
This full-time seasonal role averages 40 clinical hours per week, with defined work periods from:
August 1 – December 15
January 15 – May 30
What You’ll Do
- Provide synchronous/asynchronous clinical evaluation, assessment, and treatment of patients, in states of licensure
- Prescribe appropriate medication(s), if indicated
- Appropriate documentation of encounter in EHR (platform)
- Provide oversight to Nurse Practitioners in state(s) where you are licensed, as needed
What You Bring
- Current licensure as a Physician (multiple states preferred)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Prescriptive Authority to Prescribe Medications
- Experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care
- Strong Communication and Diagnostic Skills
- 5 years experience at a minimum

Time Off & Flexibility
- 4 weeks of PTO during your working months, based on availability. We recommend time off during the first two weeks of August or last two weeks of May
- Thanksgiving week is a busy time, so PTO may be limited—we’ll need you to be available to work either Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after, or both
- In general, PTO is capped at one week at a time (unless taken during those suggested windows)
$140,000 - $150,000 a year
Depending on education, experience, and licensing. This is the base pay range, and you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay.
