About Twin Health

We were founded in 2018, working at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and machine learning. We combine medical science and technology with a clinical care team to help people manage metabolic conditions like type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and obesity. Our Digital Twin™ technology uses AI to create a real-time model of a member’s metabolism. It processes data from smart devices, meal logs, and lab work to give personalized, real-time recommendations on nutrition, activity, sleep, and stress. Our clinical care team, made up of providers and coaches, guides members toward their health goals. The program also helps with related metabolic issues such as hypertension, inflammation, insomnia, fatigue, chronic aches & pains, immune function, insulin resistance, medication reliance, visceral fat, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

In six months, 73% of members stop taking medications (including injections) and lose an average of 14 pounds. We’ve also seen 66% of members improve hypertension, 81% improve cholesterol, and an average 2.2-point drop in A1C. Other results show 71% of members lowered A1C below 6.5% without glucose-lowering medications (except metformin), an average weight loss of 27 lbs, 85% GLP-1 elimination, and 46% insulin elimination. For our partners, we’ve delivered cost savings, including an $8.4K annual savings per member taking at least one high-cost medication, and a projected $3.2M in annual pharmacy savings for all members on high-cost medications.
