Founded in 2018, we provide virtual healthcare primarily for employees and their families. Our goal is to help members manage their medical needs and become more informed healthcare consumers.

We offer direct access to a medical team for telehealth services, including Virtual Urgent Care, Virtual Primary Care, Chronic Disease Management, Virtual Dental Support, Virtual Mental Health Services (short-term therapy, crisis intervention), Prescriptions, Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, and Virtual Ortho Support.

Beyond direct medical care, we offer Patient Advocacy. This team assists with insurance questions, medical billing, finding local specialists, navigating the healthcare system, denials, appeals, referrals, and prior authorizations.

We also run a Health Education Center (Learn.Amaze) with resources on chronic health conditions, mental health, habit trackers, and fitness. Our services are available ²⁴⁄₇ through a subscription model, with live support in over 80 languages, ensuring immediate response without waiting times. We aim to reduce unnecessary emergency room, urgent care, and specialist visits.

Our mission is to empower Americans to take charge of their healthcare and become better healthcare consumers. We aim to make “extraordinary care ordinary,” acting as a trusted, independent medical partner and advocate for care, insurance, and billing.

We deliver patient-first solutions through thoughtful assessment, remote diagnostics, care coordination, and clear patient communication. Our team prioritizes responsiveness, continuity, and empathy.

Our team includes 51 to 200 employees. We cultivate a collaborative and inclusive culture in a technology-driven healthcare setting. Our employees, including full-time medical providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) and Patient Advocates, work in supportive environments.

Virtual care team members work remotely from authorized states. Some roles, like Patient Advocates, may have a hybrid office presence in Denver. We encourage providers to focus on patient needs without strict time limits, offering unlimited follow-ups and comprehensive care.
