We offer direct access to a medical team for telehealth services, including Virtual Urgent Care, Virtual Primary Care, Chronic Disease Management, Virtual Dental Support, Virtual Mental Health Services (short-term therapy, crisis intervention), Prescriptions, Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, and Virtual Ortho Support.
Beyond direct medical care, we offer Patient Advocacy. This team assists with insurance questions, medical billing, finding local specialists, navigating the healthcare system, denials, appeals, referrals, and prior authorizations.
We also run a Health Education Center (Learn.Amaze) with resources on chronic health conditions, mental health, habit trackers, and fitness. Our services are available 24⁄7 through a subscription model, with live support in over 80 languages, ensuring immediate response without waiting times. We aim to reduce unnecessary emergency room, urgent care, and specialist visits.
