Responsibilities you will be involved in:
· Support in the in-person or remote administration for the end users, their IT equipment and associated software
· Support in troubleshooting and implementing user change requests
· Handling support tickets logged by users, eg. identifying and tracking end user hardware and software needs
· Recommending IT solutions according to the business needs
· Performing hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment, maintaining hardware/software inventories
· Support and collaboration within IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
What we need:
· Bachelor’s degree or finished at least 3rd year of studies in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field
· Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft’s technology: Windows 10⁄11, O365, Intune, Active Directory
· Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
· Basic knowledge of Windows servers, networking, and security
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Very good English skills (both spoken and written) and fluency in Polish
