Our solutions integrate natively with various ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics, Blackbaud, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Financials, and Sage Intacct.

Our software helps reduce costs and streamline financial processes by automating tasks such as invoice processing, purchase order matching, GL coding, and approver selection. Key features include embedded solutions for data control and visibility, cross-departmental workflow collaboration, AI-driven error reduction, purchasing compliance for audits, and vendor relationship management.

We offer solutions for:

• AP Automation: Optimizing invoicing and purchase order workflows using AI technology.
• Document Management: Providing document filing and data extraction for audits and approvals.
• Procurement: Helping improve vendor relationships with communication tools.

Customers have reported more than a 90% increase in document filing and retrieval efficiency, over 70% faster approvals, and up to $62,000 in annual savings in employee time. We support accounts payable, procurement, and fundraising teams in tasks like simplifying month-end close steps, eliminating approval bottlenecks, reducing AP processing costs, and increasing spend management control.

We formed in 2020 by combining three brands: PaperSave, Webiplex DocuPeak, and Paramount WorkPlace.
