This role can be based out of any of our offices in Mexico or remotely in the Mexico region.

Responsibilities: Training Coordination

Responsibilities will primarily be in three major areas of education: live training schedules, support for live events, records maintenance for all events.

Live Training Schedules

  • Work with the business units and leads, setting up scheduled content events, and special event based projects as requested
  • Perform LMS related duties to include creating events, sessions, curricula, evaluations, assignments, and assessments
  • Upload and maintain events and their session content prior to handing off to stakeholders
  • Ensure learning entries are well organized, consistent, and up-to-date and catalog entries have accurate data
  • Schedules, coordinates, and manages a variety of recurring and one-time training sessions as needed

Support for Live Events

  • Provide customer support for event-based education programs, such as customer inquiries/escalations and troubleshooting training problems
  • As requested, work with the stakeholders to proctor/attend as support staff on scheduled events that are within working hours
  • Work with instructors to ensure smooth delivery of training
  • Provide operational support for live training initiatives to include managing the setup within the LMS, attendance, course records, etc.
  • Proactively monitor systems to support learners

Records Maintenance for All Events

  • Responsible for pulling reports from within the system to update attendance and provide details of learner actions
  • Acquires data from various internal source systems in order to perform analysis, reporting,​ and build data visualization

Miscellaneous

  • Keep up-to-date with the different platforms and tools we work with
  • Maintain procedural documentation
  • Provide operational support for educational initiatives
  • Other duties as requested

Job Qualifications

  • Keen attention to detail, high degree of accountability and integrity
  • Innovative, energetic, and independent self-starter
  • Experience taking initiative and owning end-to-end deliverables in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive, proactive, and able to always exercise great judgment
  • Experience working with reporting software/systems, including Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Working knowledge of Zoom platforms
  • The ability to manage and own assigned portions of projects

Bonus Points

  • Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company
  • Experience in training or the desire to work in a training environment
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Previous experience with CRM software (e.g Salesforce), Zendesk or BI tools (e.g Tableau)
  • Skilled with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
