About The Role
We are searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new marketing initiatives aligned with US Marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in executing marketing strategy by executing US Marketing tactics existing and new.
- Works closely with growth team, agency leads and corporate communications to carry out development of promotional materials including awards development, PR, thought leadership, event planning and social content.
- Supports and plans meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Supports communication campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, provide instructions for usage and promotion, and is responsible for campaign performance tracking and analytics
- Maintains inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Assists in conducting research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
- Supports New Business Ops team on RFPs as needed
- Assists in development of all project timelines and budget for US Marketing activities
- Assists in overall US Marketing promotional budget tracking
- Acts as a brand steward for the agency to help enforce Avalere Health US Marketing verbal and visual guidelines
About You
- 2+ years experience working full-time in a marketing coordination or similar role. Experience within a marketing/advertising agency preferred.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Strong project management skills, capable of delivering tasks on competing timelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
- Experience in budget tracking and reporting
$55,000 - $65,000 a year
