We are now seeking a skilled and creative UI Expert [gn] to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that enhance our products’ usability and elevate the overall user experience, directly contributing to our mission of building world-class data solutions.
You will join an enablement team whose mission is to empower and accelerate stream aligned teams in building their front-end applications. As an Angular expert, you will play a cross-functional role by providing reusable tools, sharing best practices, and supporting development teams in delivering high-quality user interfaces more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Build and Provide Reusable Front-End Assets
- Develop and maintain an Angular-based design system that teams can easily integrate
- Create and document reusable UI components
- Work closely with UX, product and development teams to accelerate delivery and help resolve technical challenges
- Share Angular best practices through mentoring, pair programming, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure visual and interaction consistency across applications.
- Take part in defining and improving front-end development standards and practices across the organization.
- Stay up to date with front-end trends, especially within the Angular ecosystem.
- Proactively suggest tools, frameworks, or techniques to boost team efficiency and code quality.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on Angular projects.
- Expert knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 .
- Solid experience in building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams (developers, designers, product managers).
- A mentoring mindset: you enjoy supporting and guiding other developers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (English fluency is not required, but full proficiency is expected as English is the common language across the organization).
